An event every year that begins at 6:15 am on day last of July, repeating until July 26, 2025
Long Course Triathlon – 70.3
1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run
Long Course Duathlon
56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run
Sprint Triathlon
.5 mile swim, 13.7 mile bike, 2.8 mile run
Get ready to jump into the Black Diamond Long Course or Sprint race in the beautiful Cascade Foothills of Western Washington. Athletes will swim in picture perfect Deep Lake, followed by a rolling, elevation-friendly bike course winding through the sleepy communities of Ravensdale, Selleck, and the farmlands of Enumclaw. Short Course athletes will run in the park on a wooded trail for a shorter-than-normal run of 2.8 mile. 70.3 athletes will head south back toward the farms and finish up on that same trail around the lake.

11:00: Approx time for Sprint & Super Sprint Awards
2:00: Approx time for Half Iron Top-3 Male and Female Awards
3:00: Approx time for Half Iron Age-Group and Relay Awards
3:00: Approx time parking lot at park opens for cars to leave
