Fowl Fun Run 5k | 10k
November 2, 2024 @ 8:00 am - 12:00 pm PDT
An event every year that begins at 8:00 am on day first of November, repeating until November 8, 2025
Join us for the annual Fowl Fun Run starting at Mount Vernon Christian School in Mount Vernon, WA. We offer a 1/2 mile run for kids age 8 and under along with the traditional 5K and 10K road courses. The 5K and 10K courses are USATF certified and are run on flat, low-traffic farm roads in the Skagit Valley. We use the IPICO chip timing system to time both races. Food, refreshments, awards and lots of random prizes will be available after the race in a warm gymnasium. Sign up early and save money!

Race Day Schedule
8 am – 8:25 am: Volunteers set up gym, finish line and course
8:25 am – 9:30 am: Day of race registration
8:25 am – 9:50 am: Bib number/chip pick up for pre-registered participants
9:15 am: 1/2 mile kids’ run start
10 am: 5K & 10K start
10:05 am: Turkey begins the 10K
11:05 am: Awards in the gym (5K awards will be first)
Noon: Both courses close; volunteers begin clean up of gym, finish line and course
