Girls on the Run 5K

Support Girls on the Run of Puget Sound and girls in the community by signing up to participate in the Spring 5K as a Community Runner! Our 5K is an untimed, non-competitive, female empowerment event that is open to everyone; including families and strollers. Unfortunately this venue does not allow pets/dogs!

Kid’s Dash
Join us for the Kid’s Dash! This event will be held right before the Girls on the Run 5k on May 21st! The dash will be one lap around the track: 400M.
Kids 2-7 years old are welcome to participate. Registration will be available day of, with no registration fee. Registration will be open starting at 7:30am and will close by 8:30am, with the Kids Dash starting promptly at 8:45am.

Volunteer at the 5K!
Not planning on running or walking the race? Sign up to volunteer and help us ensure 1,900 girls cross the finish line!

Race Day Schedule
8:00am – Registration and Packet Pickup Open
8:45am – Kids Dash Starts
9:00am – Pre-race warm Up
9:30am – 5K Starts
9:45am – Party starts!
11:30am – Party Ends
