At the Lake Meridian Triathlons, choose from Olympic, Sprint, and Super Sprint distances:

​Super Sprint: 1/4 m Swim, 16.4 m Bike, 3.1m Run
Sprint: 1/2 m Swim, 16.4 m Bike, 3.1m Run
Olympic: 1.5 K swim/40K bike/10K run
​Sprint and Olympic Distance Relay

If you’ve never done the Lake Meridian Tri, we welcome you come to the very best venue a local triathlon could hope for. From the moment you walk your gear into transition, you’ll be wrapped in the excitement and enthusiasm of multisport.

If you’ve done LMT before – we look forward to having you back!

Competitors enjoy professional event production with outstanding athlete service thanks to the athlete/volunteer ratio of 5:1 – among the lowest in multisport. You can also expect a raucous finish line, post-race awards celebration, national sponsor presence, raffle prizes including a brand new bike, and an all-you-can-eat hot breakfast.

6:30 Athlete Briefing
6:40 Athlete Briefing Ends
7:00 Olympic Men Start
7:03 Olympic Women and Relays start
7:06 Sprint Men Start
7:09 Sprint Women and Relays Start
7:12 Super Sprint athletes Start
8:20 First Finishers expected back to the park.
10:30 AM Awards
