Join Rainshadow Running at Millersylvania State Park with six race options over two days, perfect for beginner runners, families and folks looking to run a very fast time.
On Saturday there are 50K, 30K, 10K, 12HR, and 12HR Relay options.
On Sunday morning there is a 5K.
The basic 10K course was updated in 2023 and now has only 200ft of elevation gain, making it very fast.
The start/finish is at the Millersylvania Retreat Center where there is ample room for everyone, beach access, and camping at the retreat center or in one of the bunkhouses.
