Join us for a run at Squak Mountain State Park near Issaquah, Washington and a short drive from Seattle. Squak features cushy, well-maintained trails and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

This forested park in the Pacific Northwest features miles of trails in wilderness solitude with glimpses of Issaquah below. There are several trail loop options on this 2,024-foot-high mountain. We offer 10K, Half-Marathon, and 50K course options.

There will be plenty of aid stations and the courses are well marked. The courses start and finish at the main Squak Mountain Trailhead.

This is a cupless race. All runners should carry with them a refillable container that they can run with. There will be a limited number of cups for emergency situations.

Woodland Speeders
As part of our new Woodland Speeders program, we offer free kid’s races at all of our events. Parents are welcome to run with their kids. You can register your child during the registration process for your own race or sign them up later. Distances vary and are approximate, but we aim for about 1K in distance. See schedule below for start time.

Race Notes:
The trails will be open to other users during the event, hikers and, on the first small lollipop loop, equestrians as well. Please be courteous, you will likely not encounter more than a few. Where the trails are narrow, please let other participants pass you if they want to get by. It is a passing runner’s job to tell the person in front that they wish to pass.

Registration
Online registration will close the Friday before the race at noon.
