The Wolf Skyrace 52km | 25km | 8km

An event every year that begins at 12:00 am on day last of June, repeating until June 29, 2025
The Wolf is part of Skyrunner USA’s trail running series with three distances: 8k, 25k and 50k.
Located at Schweitzer Mountain Resort, our course naturally boasts steep climbs, really fun single track and some super fast two-track. Not to mention the epic views: they stretch from Lake Pend Oreille to Montana and the Canadian border. You won’t be disappointed!
52km | 9200′
This is extreme Schweitzer Mountain running! Burly climbs, fun single track, some xc and a little service road thrown in to test your speed, with amazing views in all directions.
25km | 4400′
Shorter, but definitely not lesser! This course is classic Schweitzer, boasting the big climbs, fun trails and killer views of the 52k, at half the distance. Don’t be fooled, though – it’s tough!
8km | 600′
Not feeling the longer races? Want to go shorter and faster? This course will not disappoint! Get a taste of Schweitzer Mountain’s best single track. It’s picturesque and loaded with huckleberries!
