Tri Monroe

An event every year that begins at 6:30 am on day last of June, repeating until June 24, 2023

The event parking lot is within the closed bike course. For this reason, all athletes who wish to park on site must arrive before 6:30am.or follow the special parking route (below) and be directed by parking/flagging staff when it is possible to enter or leave. No visitors to the site may leave the parking area during the bike portion of any event.

From US 2, turn south at 179th Ave and then turn right(west) on 154th St to the entry at Fryelands Blvd. From SR 522, exit at W. Main St and follow the W. Main St sign at the roundabout. Turn left (north) at 179th Ave and then turn left(west) at 154th St to the entry at Fryelands Blvd. All parking for the event is within the closed bike course. This will be strictly enforced. All vehicles must enter and exit at 154th Street and Fryelands Blvd. Event staff at the intersection shall direct all vehicles entering and exiting the parking lot area throughout the event, and will stop vehicles from entering and exiting during the bike race portions. SCHEDULE:
FRIDAY JUNE 28, 2019 – PRE-RACE CHECK-IN:​
10:00am – 3:30pm Swim course open for training.
10:00am – 2:00pm Bike course Fryelands Blvd
9:30am – 3:30pm Bike route around school open
Packet pick-up will be at Monroe Boys and Girls Club for all racers, 3:00pm – 5:00pm.
5:00 – 6:00pm – Pre-race Meeting for Youth Elite/Junior Elite/(attendance required) – Monroe Boys and Girls Club
Make dinner reservations for 7:00pm as the meeting may run late.

SATURDAY JUNE 29, 2019 – TRIMONROE RACING: (PRINTABLE SITE MAP ALL RACES)
7:30 am Youth Elite Cup Females 13-15 Super Sprint (draft legal) 375 meter swim, 9 K bike (2 laps), 2.5 K run (1 lap)
8:30 am Youth Elite Cup Males 13-15 Super Sprint (draft legal) 375 meter swim, 9 K bike (2 laps), 2.5 K run (1 lap)
9:30 am Junior Elite Cup Females 16-19 Sprint (draft legal) 750 meter swim, 20.5 K bike (4 laps), 5K run (2 laps)
11:00 am Junior Elite Cup Males 16-19 Sprint (draft legal) 750 meter swim, 20.5 K bike (4 laps), 5K run (2 laps)
1:00 pm Youth Elite Cup, Junior Elite Cup Awards Ceremony
