Wy’east Wonder 50M | 50K
June 10, 2023 @ 4:30 am - 7:00 pm PDT
An event every year that begins at 4:30 am on day second of June, repeating until June 8, 2024
The original east-of-Wy’east Mt. Hood race, this 50-miler and 50K is possibly our most scenic yet. You will want to return to these ridge line trails again and again.
The Wy’east Wonder is a point-to-point race run mostly on two ridges alongside Mt. Hood; Gunsight Ridge and Surveyor’s Ridge. You will have so many views of Wy’east (the Multnomah Tribe word for Mt. Hood) as you make your way from it’s southern side around to the east, that you may actually get tired of looking at it. We promise we’ll take your breath away, and it won’t be from only running. The 50M route has 7,082′ of elevation gain and 10,012 of loss. The 50K has 4,193′ of gain and 7,122′ of loss.
