High Heel Running Group
We are women in the greater Seattle area who run trails. We welcome all abilities and interests to our group, from novice to ultra runner. Many women don’t run trails as much as they’d like due to lack of opportunity, company, security, and/or experience. We change that. It started with one person who wanted someone her own speed to run with, and it’s now grown to over 550 women who have run with the group at some time. Many of us become instant friends on the trails.

Whether you are an ultrarunner with several 100-mile belt buckles or someone who wants to try trails for the first time, this site is for you.
