Sale items are sold “as-is” and are not eligible for return.
Northwest in Motion accepts returns on full-priced unused merchandise in its original packaging with tags attached up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase must accompany your return. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Items accepted for return are eligible for store credit only.
COMBINED SHIPPING
Some orders with multiple items may be require multiple shipments. We’ll keep you in the loop about the status of your order.
SHIPPING TIME
Items are typically shipped within 1-3 days of purchase. When your item has shipped, you will receive a notification email containing the shipping details.
Please note that once we have delivered the package to the shipper, Northwest in Motion is not responsible for the delivery time or arrival of the package.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
As a rule of thumb, we select the least expensive shipping option via USPS First Class or Flat Rate. Expedited shipping is available for additional charges. Large or odd-sized items usually cost more to ship.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We don’t offer international sales at this time.
LOCAL PICKUP
All online orders may be picked up at locations in Seattle and Bellevue, WA. Please contact us to schedule a pickup.
SALES TAX
Sales tax for all orders is accessed and added where applicable.
