Join weekly track and hill workouts with the Seattle Running Club!
The easiest way to get faster is to inject human growth hormones into your body. The next best way is to train naturally and consistently and meeting us for workouts every Wednesday evening!
Track workouts at the Garfield High School track (or rotating locations including many at Genesee Park during XC season), led by Trisha & Uli Steidl. Specifically for standing club members, though interested parties can try out the workout.
