Seattle Running Club Wednesday Night Workout

Join weekly track and hill workouts with the Seattle Running Club held at various locations. All paces welcome. Led by Trisha & Uli Steidl.
The easiest way to get faster is to inject human growth hormones into your body. The next best way is to train naturally and consistently and doing a group workout every Wednesday evening!
From January to August we can be found at a variety of locations including the Garfield High School track, nearby hills, along Lake Washington, or on the Chief Sealth trail.
From September to December the focus is on cross country with workouts at various locations in central Seattle. You don’t need to race cross country to join the workouts. Specifically for active club members, but anyone is invited to try out a first workout before joining the club.
