I unfortunately followed a link early Monday showing a closeup of the Wouter’s face and head, and those images have been with me, mostly in my gut, all week. Based on how sick to my stomach I feel about the loss of Wouter, I can’t imagine how his best friend Tyler must feel.
I’m glad to see Tyler has withdrawn from the Giro to take some time for himself. Best wishes to everyone who has been touched by the tragic loss of Wouter.
