Here is an experimental video of the climb up 164th followed by a descent back down Forest. In this case I hooked up with some riders from Second Ascent/Step Down Racing and WWU Cycling on the downhill.
To give the video the sensation of what it might be like to ride with Fabian Cancellara, the climb was sped up 8x and the descent was sped up 4x.
