What a gorgeous day for a bike commute! My route took me through downtown and ended at Herriott Sports Performance in Fremont and a challenging core conditioning class. Lucky me, I got there a bit early and there was time for Coach David Richter to pour me an espresso. Dave is not only a great athlete, he also has a top notch barista skills.
